– Goods are eligible for “Return” and “Exchanged” within 7 days since the receiving date.

– The purchase amount will be refunded when return process within a maximum of 14 working days as per the applicable policies and bank transactions

– Invoice is required to be attached when customer want “Refund” or “Exchange” within duration above.

– Returned goods are required to be in a good condition with all tags and receipts attached.

– For hygienic purposes, Underwear products are not allowed for return or exchange.

– When return/exchange order in our showrooms or website, and when prices are different , the customer will bear the price difference.

– When return/exchange order , the customer will afford fees of shipping and fees of cash on delivery.

– In COD order case, the customer afford fees of cash on delivery when return/exchange statuses.

– If you paid for your order via a credit card / Mada / SADAD, the customer will afford fees of shipping.
