Return/Exchange
- Our valued customers can return purchases within 7 days of receipt, and exchanges within 14 days.
- The refund period for returns is a maximum of 14 business days, depending on the applicable policies and bank transfers.
- The original purchase and shipping invoice must be attached for returns or exchanges within the above-mentioned period.
- Purchases must be in their original condition when purchased, including their packaging, and the original purchase invoice must be attached.
- Underwear, ihram clothing, and thermal pajama sets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for health reasons.
- In the event of an exchange through our showrooms or the Alshiaka online website, the customer will bear the price difference.
- Tabby customers can exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are permitted at stores, and returns are processed online.
- Tamara installment customers can return items within 7 days of purchase, only through the website. Exchanges are not permitted according to Tamara’s policy.
- In the event of a return or exchange of a purchase, the customer will bear the shipping and cash-on-delivery fees if prepaid.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, it may be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Discounted or promotional products may be exchanged within 3 days or returned within 1 day of receipt.
- If payment was made via credit card/Mada and the customer wishes to return the purchase, the customer will bear the shipping fees if prepaid.
- Returns are not available for international orders. However, if there is any manufacturing problem or size error on our part, the customer will be compensated for the value of the product.
